Program Peningkatan Kemahiran Enterpris Kecil Sederhana (EKS)
Pengenalan Program
Satu program yang diwujudkan oleh 'Small and Medium Industries Development Corporation' (SMIDEC) bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kecekapan dan produktiviti EKS. Sebagai usaha menggalakkan penyertaan EKS untuk menyertai program ini, SMIDEC telah menyediakan subsidi sebanyak 80% untuk yuran pendaftaran yang dikenakan.
Disamping itu EKS yang terbabit, berdaftar dengan Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Sendirian Berhad (PMSB) boleh juga menuntut baki yuran pendaftaran melalui tabung latihan PMSB yang berkaitan.
Kriteria Kelayakan Subsidi
- Syarikat yang didaftarkan di Malaysia dengan pegangan ekuiti tempatan sekurang-kurangnya 60%
- Syarikat perkilangan yang nilai jualan tahunannya tidak melebihi RM25 juta atau mangaji pekerja tidak melebihi 150 orang
- Syarikat penyedia perkhidmatan yang nilai jualan tahunannya tidak melebihi RM5 juta atau mengaji pekerja tidak melebihi 50 orang
