BRIEF CAREER HISTORY

The highlight of his career is in Texas Instruments when he was sent to Taiwan; Japan; Texas, USA; Portsmouth, UK and Portugal. During this long period of training he found that many organizations were not designing in Quality. When he returned to Malaysia, he decided to make Quality Management his career. Subsequently, he went to UK to learn a variety of Quality disciplines. After ten years of studying, learning and researching, he now provides a wide range of process and product improvement methodologies in Malaysia.

Some works he has done include ISO 9000 implementation, Service Quality, Quality Function Deployment, Design of Experiments and Breakthrough Quality Improvements in Malaysia, Taiwan, UK and Philippines. More specifically, he has won several awards, including; Best Envoy of Quality 1992 and the International Granjon Competition for best Research, UK, 1992. He has also single authored several books on Quality and Research & Development.

 


 
3 DAYS SHORT COURSE ON STATISTICAL PROCESS CONTROL (SPC)
 
We are pleased to inform that MIGHT-Meteor Advance Manufacturing Sdn Bhd (MMAM), a joint venture company of Malaysian Industry-Government Group for High Technology (MIGHT) and METEOR is conducting a Short Course on Statistical Process Control from 7 – 9 October 2003 at De Palma Inn, Shah Alam, Selangor Darul Ehsan.

Statistical Process Control is particularly useful for those involved in controlling process or product parameters. It will be most appropriate for those involved in Design, Quality, R&D, Reliability, Maintenance, Engineering, Manufacturing and Production. Teams are encouraged to attend for maximum benefit.
