GRS CQE first batch graduates on December 2004

The first intake of students for the Graduates Reskilling Scheme (GRS) on Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) of Advanced Manufacturing Institute (AMI) will complete their practical training on 15 December 2004. All the seventeen (17) students of the first batch are currently undergoing their practical training at nine (9) automotive companies, who are members of the Proton Vendor Association (PVA), for 7 months. Prior to this they had undergone a 5-month training program at AMI. Impressed with their performance, ten (10) of the graduates have been offered employment while they are still in training.
