Industrial Skills Enhancement Program (INSEP - East Coast) is a
unique training and development program for graduates who are born in the east coast region of Malaysia (Kelantan, Terengganu, Pahang and up to Mersing district) and looking
for jobs and would like to enhance their knowledge and skills in specialized
fields. It is a collaboration program between the Government of Malaysia
and Malaysian Industries which involves local and international expertise.
The program is designed to enhanced the knowledge and
skills of the graduates in order to be competent and expose them to technology
and current issues in high technology fields. The other objective is to
upgrade the graduates capabilities in personal development and equip them
with communication and management skills. By participating in this program,
the graduates will enhanced their readiness, competency and self confidence
in order to apply their knowledge and skills in the industry.
MIGHT-METEOR Advanced Manufacturing Sdn Bhd (MMAM) is
a joint venture between Malaysian Industry-Government Group for High Technology
(MIGHT) and Multimedia Technology Enhancement Operations (METEOR) Sdn
Bhd. MMAM is managing its' own institute called Advanced Manufacturing
Institute (AMI) for human capital development. AMI is dedicated in providing
quality training and education programs, technology management, knowledge
transfer, advisory services and R&D facilities and services to Malaysian
enterprises for the incorporation of advanced manufacturing technologies.
The Federal Government is providing a series of reskilling
programs for graduates seeking for job. In extension of the success of
the previous programs for graduates seeking for job, AMI in collaboration
with industry, education institutions, professional institutions and research
institutions offering programs in:-
- Certified Quality Engineer
- Product Development & Engineering
- Automotive Medium & Large Die Design Engineering
- Radio Frequency Identification System Design
- Plant Design Automation Program for Oil & Gas Industry
